We stand behind the playbook. We also know that a buyer who isn't getting value should be able to leave with their money. This policy explains exactly how that works.
A digital product can be downloaded in five minutes. A "no questions asked" refund means a percentage of buyers will download everything and then refund. To keep the price low for committed founders, our refund is conditional on you completing the most important module — the one that decides whether your idea will work in the first place.
Step 1. Implement Module 2 of the playbook within 7 days of your purchase. This means:
Step 2. If your honest result is fewer than 10 paid pre-orders and the outreach yes-rate is unclear or below 20%, email groasmarketing@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with the subject line "Refund — Module 2".

Step 3. We will review and respond within 48 working hours. If your refund qualifies, the refund will be initiated immediately and will reach your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
We approve refunds for buyers who:
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Wrong product purchased. If you bought the playbook believing it was for SaaS or services and discovered it is for physical-product D2C, email us within 48 hours of purchase. We will refund in full without requiring Module 2 implementation.
Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally paid twice, email us with both order IDs. We refund the duplicate within 24 working hours.
Payment failed but money debited. Razorpay typically auto-reverses these within 7 working days. If after 7 days the amount has not returned to your account, email us with the failed Razorpay reference and we will follow up.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 24 hours from our side. The amount typically reaches your original payment method within 5–10 working days, subject to Razorpay and your bank's processing times. UPI refunds are usually faster (2–4 working days).
We do not offer partial refunds. The Product is sold as a single unit.
Refunds are issued in INR, for the full amount you paid. Razorpay transaction fees we incurred are absorbed by us — you receive the full purchase price.
If you have a genuine grievance with the Product or the refund process, please email us before posting publicly. We aim to resolve every issue within 48 hours. A polite email almost always works better than a public complaint, and we always prefer the polite route.
