This Privacy Policy explains how GroasMarketing ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you visit our website, purchase the Playbook, or interact with our services.

1. Information we collect

You provide directly:

Name, email address, and (optionally) WhatsApp number when you join a waitlist, request a lead magnet, or purchase.
Billing details, processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank credentials.
Any messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or community.

Collected automatically:

Device, browser, and approximate location data via Google Analytics 4.
Interaction events (page views, clicks, scroll, checkout initiation, purchase) via Meta Pixel and GA4.
Server logs for security and performance monitoring.

2. How we use your information

Deliver the Product, bonuses, and webinar access you purchased.
Send transactional emails (order confirmation, invoice, webinar reminder).
Send marketing emails — only after you opt in via a lead-magnet form, waitlist, or purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every marketing email.
Improve the website, content, and user experience.
Comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations under Indian law.

3. Third-party services we use

Razorpay — payment processing
Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising attribution and retargeting
Google Analytics 4 — website analytics
Formspree / ConvertKit / Brevo (whichever in use) — email capture and delivery
WhatsApp Business — community and customer support
Zoom or Google Meet — webinar hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. By purchasing, you accept that your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their policies.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to (a) keep you logged in, (b) remember waitlist signups, and (c) measure the performance of our marketing. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some functionality may stop working as a result. Meta Pixel and GA4 set first-party cookies that expire between 30 and 730 days.

5. How long we keep your data

Purchase records and invoices: 8 years (Indian tax law requirement).
Marketing email subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
Website analytics: 14 months (default GA4 retention).
Support communications: 2 years.

6. Sharing of your data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share data only with the service providers listed in Section 3 (and only the minimum needed), or when legally required (court order, tax authority request).

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Request deletion (subject to Section 5 retention requirements).
Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Payments are tokenised and processed by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data, email us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g., Meta, Google) process data outside India. By using our services, you consent to your data being transferred outside India to the extent necessary for the services to function.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
